It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.
Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer order prior to posting can be made by emailing us at shop@thefancan.com
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.




The majority of orders will be despatched within 24 hours.


All goods are sent by signed for delivery via Royal Mail. As The Fan Can uses Royal Mail to deliver goods and uses signed for delivery within the UK, the goods are covered by insurance within the UK. If your goods are not delivered, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue quickly.


In the event of stock shortages, some orders can take a little longer. The Fan Can will contact the customer via e-mail and either offer one of two options.

   ~ Cancel order with full refund
   ~ Place on backorder




If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and should take no longer than 14 days to despatch. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.




All transactions are processed with PayPal. Payment via PayPal uses paypal.com's own secure payment processing systems.

Goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be returned in good condition to the following address:

Please include a note with the returned goods explaining the reason they are being returned and what you would like us to do.
In the event that any replacement items are requested and The Fan Can are not responsible for the intial mistake, then further postage charges will be incurred.
In the event of faulty goods being received, The Fan Can will send you replacement goods if requested and cover all costs involved.
